my baby is 4 months old..her weight is 5.2kg.last month it was 4.85..birth weight was 2.2 and she is a 1 month premature baby. I am worried about the weight gain..my doctor said it was fine. she is on bm..is there anything I can do to increase the weight

yr baby Is doing well.dont worry.and by 6 month baby should be double the birth weight.in case of premats corrected age of 6 month is considered to see growth.

your baby is going fine...after 3 month weight gain may be little slower, do not worry on that side.by six months baby should double weight to his birth weight ,which you are baby is going to achieve undoubtedly, what important here is she achieves all milestones and is active , if these things are in place nothing to worry.its good that your breast feeding continue till a year it built babys immunity.after 6 months when u will start weaning u can give nutritious foods that can help gaining weight ,but before that u can't do anything.
