My baby is 4 week old and i still have severe back ache because of spine anesthesia.

As per adviced by our expert Dr Arushi (Pediatrician) -
Kinjal - u can make use of a belt around yor back region. So it Wil act as a support to that delicate area. But be sure to buy. A proper tight fitting belt else it's no point buying it.
