If baby is still crying it may be gas. Pls burp. At this stage you too are just beginning breast feeding. Sharing some links to help you increase supply. Ways To Increase Breastmilk Naturally

usually pacifier is not recommended,it calls for infection in babies. Do your basic checks to see if baby is latching correctly, if pee count is 6-7 in 24 hrs, your baby is getting enuf. Give some tummy time, burp the baby after every feed,if baby sleeps while nursing, wake him up by ticking his feet or behind ears. And at this age,if you are breast feeding, let your baby latch on you as much and as long as he wants for two things, one babies have a need to suckle and they establish their moms milk supply for their growing need, second they have a need for comfort. Either ways jeep baby close to you,and things will improve by 2.5 months.

Pacifier is not advisable, if babies pee count is good (6-7 at least); then not to worry, burp baby well,; check for colic in baby,; give tummy time take care
