Neck control will obtained fully by around 6-7 months. Roll over can take up to 5-6 months for some <u>baby</u>

This is absolutely fine. My baby dint liked to roll over ever so she just did it occasionally. Every kid is different and have their own pace of reaching milestones. Neck doesn't become completely steady until 6 months. Hope your baby is able to support neck in some fashion and is not like a new born. If that's not the case then please do reach out to a paed.
