ones without dot are compulsory. ones with dot, ie. rotavirus vaccine and pcv are optional, they prevent meningitis and pneumococcal disease respectively. its good to get them though. painless injection does not give the usual fever and pain to baby, it is also costlier. there is different opinion about the two. painful injection gives you assistance that the vaccine worked as baby gets fever. finally, its your call...

my baby is 5 weeks old.Doctor suggest  45 th day vaccinations.He told about compulsory and optional vaccines and also told about pain and painless vaccine. I'm much confused. so can anyone explain about that vaccinations pls.
