my baby is 5mnths old n on breastfeeding.. till now he's poop was 3 time pooping in a day but from last 10 days he only poops ones.. n it was smelly n rusty n it's being 5 days he hadn't poop.. what should I give him
he is growing and his body metabolism is changing everyday and all of these are normal nothing to worry just continue to what you are doing till now.
