I am very much worried about his weight. Is it correct weight to his age? And also need suggestions how gain his weight and some healthy food tips as well

Baby's weight is quite good...And you don't have to worry. It's jit necessary for a baby to be chubby. Thin babies too are healthy babies. So, relax.
