My baby is 6 months old. I have started giving her mashed banana from last 3 days and folic acid drops as suggested; by doctor.

Everthing is ok except that her poop consist of black thread like worms and the colour of the poop is yellow and black. Attached is the pic for reference. Please guide whether this is normal or not.
