My baby is 8 and a half months old. He doesnt sleep much during day, only half an hour at one time. During the night he wakes up every half an hour or one hour and expects to be breastfed or rocked to sleep. The slep issue is becoming worse day by day. I really need help
If not sleeping in day time. U can try co sleep method.
Or else play with him a lot, when he will get tired, make him feed something filling like banana, apple puree. When stomach is full he will definitely sleep.
During night also make him eat something filling, like Dalia, khichdi, suji kheer or soup with soaked bread or roti.<br>
They have lots of energy, play with him.<br>
