My baby is 8 and half months old,so I'm wondering if i can give her homemade yogurt? Will it be okay to do so? If yes, then should i feed it to her?

as far as my knowledge is concerned u shud have milk 3 hours before going to bed.. milk is probably digested in sun heat... however we know the benefits of having milk for good nights sleep it can cause digestive problems also... if u do not want to increase ur weight its better to avoid it at night time...
