Try to give baby warm water once or twice a day..also Vegetable daliya and sabut moong daal helps..foods like papaya chikoo are good..also give grated Carrots boiled in milk and little added jaggery

Please try to include fruits and vegetables in the diet. Boiled and Maher apples, mashed papaya , khichdi with raw papaya n banana n other winter vegetables is good.
