My baby is 8 months old. He is on BM and semi solids. He got tiny boils near his mouth. I was using seba med extra protective facial cream but since he got these boils I started using mustela stelatopia emollient cream. Please advice what is the reason for these boils and how to heal them. These boils is near near and left eye lid.
