my baby is 8months old...mujhe ghr ka kam aur baby ko sambhalna pdta hai...mujhe aaram nhi milta...isliye mai pith aur kamar dard se bahot pareshan hu...kbhi kbhi to rona bhi ata hai...is dard ke liye kya kru?

do some excercise for strenthening your back. aap zameen pe seedhe laet jao then legs fold karlo, fir apni back ko uthao. do this as many times you can. uskey baad aap ulta laet jao and apne hath shoulders ke pass rakhkey upper body ko upar uthao, kamar zamin pe touch honi chaiye, kamar nahi uthani hai..
