My baby is almost 8 months old. She eats mostly whatever we eat in mashed form like mashed dal n rice, veg purees n mashed vegetables, mashed fruits along with breastfeeding on demand. How can I introduce raagi in her meals?

ya nuts can be given to less than a yr child but if it's powdered then better coz it may get choked n kids can't chew much at this stage

hii akansha..u can make Ragi porridge..simple recipe here..take half teaspoon of ghee n roast 2 teaspoon Ragi powder fr a minute or two I'll get nutty aroma..then add water (or milk as per ur choice) n some jaggery fr sweetness..cook fr few minutes.remember to keep stirring continuously or els it ll form lumps..u can also add almond powder fr extra nutrition.in place of jaggery u can add mashed banana after cooling or my fruit pulp...same way u can also make salty taste..my baby prefers salt over sugar😁just u ve to add a pinch of ginger garlic paste..salt u can start after 1 yr..other option s Ragi dosa or pancakes..
