don't use diaper all the time.. keep the baby diaper free at least an hour after four to five hours of diaper use.
rest use the sheets while feeding so that you won't get wet.

use cloth nappies, although u can use diapers also all the time. but u have to make sure that u keep changing it on a timely basis. since they poo reguraly, diaper is not a very economical option. u can use dry sheets under the baby to avoid cloth staining.
i hope u have strted tummy time for the baby.

dont use diaper all the time. baby will get diaper rashes. use simple cloth nappis nd u cn use quick dry so u wont get wet. but pls clean immediately after poop. nd give baby some free time from nappis as well.. so that that area should be air dry for sonetimr

please do not use diapers all the time.. u may use at night or while going out. this seems like diaper rash. apply some good diaper rash cream and give the baby maximum diaper free time. use cotton cloth during daytime n sometimes give the baby diaper free time as well... a baby this small would pee and poo after every feed, this is very normal. of course u would have to change it immidiately after pee and poo. to avoid getting your clothes wet, you may get a dry mat, easily available online. u can spread that on your lap and lay the baby over it while feeding the baby, this way your clothes won't get wet.
or you may consider getting cloth diapers, like superbottoms. they are highly absorbent cloth diapers, and can be used for longer duration just like disposable ones. however, they too need to be changed immidiately after poo. they are available here on Babychakra as well. still, I wouldn't recommend using diapers all the time.. please keep the baby diaper free as much as possible..
