breast milk and proper latching did wonders for my sore nipples

u can apply breast milk on cracked nipple and let it dry air.

yes 2-3 min sounds better  babies do that, we need to wake them up again and again so that they will start sucking. remember nipples do not have milk, when baby sucks on it.. no milk coms up. thats why u get sore nipples. the aerola, the black part around nipple is what needs to go in baby mouth.

Dear please give him milk in every 2 hours must or please feed him one side breastmilk 15-20 min at least .... otherwise baby start to loose weight ...... Apply on sore or crack nipple's Breastmilk....after every feed your baby & For some time keep in the Air.

apply nipcare..it will be fine...u can do one thing...feed from 1 side twice n apply cream... then it will heal a bit when its turn comes...
