my baby is exactly 4 months old and she is puking alot .. I think due to that she is not gaining her weight..

she was 4 .6 when I checked during 3.5months old .. is it fine and how much weight she should b now... but she is having proper sleep ... do I need to go doctor

Hi Megha. Regurgitation is normal but you should ensure that baby is burped well and sufficient tummy time. Do check your baby's weight with your pediatrcian.
