My baby is getting fussy while feeding on the right breast and making some sounds. Why is that ? Also is it necessary that ur breasts should leak even if you are not Feeding; and only that shows you; have a good flow?

It's not necessary that breast shud leak to show your have enough milk.. if baby is takin feed properly and healthy then it's fine... Try to hold baby on different position while feeding..

It is not necessary for breast to leak to indicate milk supply. Infact of baby is satisfied gaining well passing urine seven times a day and breast does not leak it actually means that now the body has learnt how much milk to make and is not producing in excess. The feeding on the right side may be due to an uncomfortable position. Try different feeding positions to see what works well for you and baby.

Hey Meeta, offlate my gal was also making such noises, and i figured out that she was super hungry and my flow slowed down which didnt go well with her. Check if ur flow is too fast or too slow,if its too slow, switch to other side,if its too fast ( you will get to know this if she chokes and coughs while nursing),express some milk and then feed.
