great advises by moms about zero bulb... or you can also keep a portable led lamp near bed so that you wont have to get up to switch on the lights. nowadays you get very bright ones....

hi niveditha, i can understand your concern. but dear try to switch off lights at night then only baby can distinguish between day nd night else it will create problm to both of u in future. same i also used to think like u that i wont be able to see baby nd all. but for some days it feels like that after that u vl get used to it. for some days u cn switch on the cfl light of anwhere outside ur room like basin area or some dinning area so that little bit of its light keep on cmg into ur room. this was how i make the habbit. nd slowly slowly u cn switch off that too.. hope this helps u. try it out
you can use a zero bulb..it will help you.. you don't need light to hear your baby.. we mom are gifted to sense our baby ... in starting I also keep the lights on.. but it's completely normal now , it's take just a minute to adjust our eyes.. then you n baby can see each other in that zero bulb also..

hi nivedita pls get a night light or a low voltage light put in the room. whn my baby was an infant i wud keep the small light on. i think babies sleep better in dim light environment. @6372999217d2c800158d8bec @63729cb62338f60015eaef4c @63729949e0852e00159b24e9 #tagfwd
