My baby is now 4+ months old .. I feel like my breastmilk supply is not sufficient .. how do I get to know whether its sufficient or not.. I heard that babies suck breastmilk for 20-25 min in one go .. but my baby take feed for only 5 to max 11 min (very rarely ).. n then take next feed after 2 or more hours...is it ok

Baby is active.. Pee count 8 to 10 thn don't wry... If. He would be hungry thn definitely cranky too so don't u wry.. If u wish to join wrk thn u may start top feed once in a day and slowly slowly increase

As they grow old their efficiency to suck improves and they start taking less time to fill their tummies.. if the pee count is more than 8-10 times a day, baby is active and; happy after breastfeed and having weight gain every month then I don't think you should worry..
