My baby is of 5 days now, it was a C-section. He is not taking my milk, my nipples are hard that he is unable to suck. What to do?? please suggest, i am so much worried 😟.

Try chamomile cream or nipple shield initially if u have problem with your nipple. Its just give days calm and relax, keep your baby near your chest cozy and warmth this will induce feeding and latching process easily. Keep the baby in comfortable position with a feeding support pillow, keep latching frequently. It will settle in few days

U can also apply ghee and do massage..it will help to make nipple soft....

Don't worry.<br>
First take someone help everytime you feed baby.<br>
Apply your own milk on nipples to make them soft first or once baby start sucking they will become soft.
Also you can apply some moisturiser before feeding and wipe it off with wet towel it will also make them soft.
