My baby is one month old and he doesn't sleep at night. How can I change his sleeping pattern?

Baby is too small momma, it will take time. But you start a schedule take the baby for a walk, give oil massage, give warm towel bath, put on fresh and comfortable clothes, keep the room light dim, cool and dry. If you are breastfeeding then lie down and feed. Baby will understand its sleeping time and sleep, but you need lot of patience and practice.

Hi Hardeep. Baby takes time to set the sleeping pattern. It takes a month or 2 so you need to rest when the baby sleeps.

Hi<br>
Baby is too small to follow any pattern. It will take four to six months to get fixed schedule. Feed your baby for twenty minutes ten minutes each side of the breast, burp your baby after every feed well and don't put the baby flat on the bed immediately after feeding.
