My baby is one month old and she faces stomach ache, colic pain mainly at night and early morning while i am feeding her. She makes noises while in sleep. I give her burping after feeding and doctor said that this pain will continue till she is four month old. He also mentioned to give medicine (colipep & colimex) only if she cries continuously for 3 hours or more. Is it okay to give these medicines more often? Any remedies for stomach pain or colic pain?

Hi Payal
your problem is vert common in babies at early age.I don't know your feeding pattern and feeding position but still I would like to suggest ..1..one breast for feeding▶it means at 1 month age baby takes very little feed at atime and she
demands milk after short interval may be it after 1/2 an hr.so you should feed her with same breast with which you feed before 1/2 an hour and switch to another breast after 3 feedings.
2..feeding position. .try to feed her in your sitting positin and while she is on your lap support her head with your hand and little bit higher leval so she suck less air with feed.
3..Check correct latching. .Be sure baby get nipple along with little part of breast areola that is black portion of breast in her mouth while feeling so less air suck by her.
4..burping after each feed
5..if you are doing
her oil massage before bath then its good to do warm oil massage on and arround her belly area.
6..You can give her Flatuna liquid 2drops before feeding daily 5/6 times and its safe.If pain is more at that time only give collimex but don't make it habbit.Feel free to ask your any doubt or questions .Dr.Priyanka
Hope this will helpful to you
