I agree with Priya. Almost all babies stretch their tongue out. As baby is just 2 months... most of the movements are not intentionally or voluntary...it will be reflux and slowly baby is getting control on everything..including tongue.

Not true at all! My baby did that alot and later on i found out that he used to do it at time because he wanted milk and sometimes when he was doing potty. Baby 's tongue going in and out is no sign of fever. You can check her temp and ease yourself.
