My baby is rotate opposite direction.want to know how to change his or her postion for normal delivery.plz help i am 35 week of pregnancy
You can't do anything about it. This is all natural. Baby will probably come head down in last month. . U can only wait.

No you cannot do, you must wait until you get pain or your doctor will advise you on the next step
