my baby is sleeping after bf but when I put him in his bed he wakes up n start crying not sleeping well only sleeps for 5mins due to which I'm also not able to sleep
babies takes 1-2 months to settle down on bf and sleep pattern.... it's phase it will pass...be patient try to take help of others and you can try sleeping in reclining position holding baby...I used to nap keeping my girl in my lap and in morning my MIL used to take her for 1-2 hours and that used to be my resting time....you can ask your husband or any other family members to help after feeding the baby....you can also try cradle feeding position lying down.....
