dnt use Vicks directly on nose or chest. just apply some Vicks on baby's feet and cover with socks while sleeping. it absorbs cough n cold. Also u can use eucalyptus oil/Nilgiri oil. just sprinkle few drops on baby's cloth or nearby baby or in the room. Also add few drops in baby's bathing water.
