Engage her in activities like clay play dough, skillmatics is a good option. Flinto box has wonderful activity she eyes to do at home. Let her play with friends. Engage her in a musical instrument class.

Take her to park , for a walk, or to ride bicycle , play in sand..when ever she ask for phone..

Start with small things..kid will not leave mobile at once but start by replacing mobile home with stories and playing together..child is 3 so can also join some activity class nearby and also at least read picture stories..you can explain..this is the only way to take the baby off Mobile
