If it is restlessness for a few hours it is better to wait and watch. Any medications should be discussed with the doctor.

Such hand movements is a normal baby behavior. You need not give any medicine till your child is too cranky or crying a lot. Also consult your doc before giving that. Try to cuddle your baby in your arms. It may soothe him a little. Also check the temperature of the room. It may be that he is feeling too warm or cold.

Babygesic is paracetamol for babies. It is better not to give medicines without doctor's advice. Is your baby crying? If not, let him wake up and see if he is behaving normally. Also check if his nappy/diaper is bothering him.
