My baby keeps rubbing his ears all the time specially before sleeping and sometimes while sleeping too.

He seems to be cranky these days n is not eating properly

Can anyone suggest what are these symptoms of?

Hope Ear rubbing is nothing to worry about ..what can i apply on or in his ears to prevent this continuous rubbing of ears
