Dear Rani, Skill development helps build confidence in a child. You mentioned she's always scared so the fear is what one needs to target.Before skill development it's essential to address child's emotional and behavioural concerns. As a parent, it's important to keep your communication doors open with a child. To sit with her and understand if something has been bothering her and to give her assurance you are there with her through any problem she might be facing. Please check if bullying is a concern in school. Skill development is the next step but before that Approach the school counselor for counselling if the school has one or else based on where you are located.
