Try playing games all together .. and gradually shift her to them.. sometimes you can just be around and act to be out.

Hi Ishita by 8 months they go through seperation anxiety and its normal to behave like this. Its a phase and they will over come it, try to involve the dad and grand parents in a play or activity eg if you are throwing ball and playing then involve the grand parents.
