Don't worry sandhya the baby moves by itself in the womb. transverse position isn't risky for the baby although you migh feel a bit of discomfort at times. Just go for regular check up and do not worry. For low hemoglobin add iron rich foods like eggs, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, beans , lentils, lean meat in your diet . Also add vitamin C rich food to increase iron absorption. You can ready more about this here: http://app.babychakra.com/feedpost/179233?ref=SEEM26882&

Hey sandhya firstly dont worry and dont be stressed. The answer for the questions will be 1) for transverse position It may be uncomfortable for you, but it's not risky for your baby to be positioned this way. But if your baby is transverse in the last few weeks before delivery, your doctor may be concerned. But always remember the position keep changing a very month and this can be understood with the scan the doctors plan Secondly for low Haemoglobin there are ways to increase the the iron content via good healthy food like, lean red meat, poultry, and fish. leafy, dark green vegetables (such as spinach, broccoli, and kale) iron-enriched cereals and grains. beans, lentils, and tofu. nuts and seeds. eggs. Along with these take Vit C which helps to increase the absorption of Iron and keep the hemoglobin levels up. I hope this helps
