My baby refuses to drink water. I have tried many ways to make her drink water but she just rejects it. Please tell me how do I make her drink water. She is now 13months old. I fear that she may get dehydrated.
Firstly give her an attractive glass or bottle and when you offer her water, you also drink from your glass. They’ll imitate and start drinking. Start by introducing juices.
It’s nothing to worry if they reject water in initial stage, they’ll start drinking. Anyways bf is their major source of liquid intake at this age. Don’t force to drink water, but tactically make them drink. You’ll be able to do that mommy
