My baby s 20 days old from last night he s crying mot sleeping at all.he s passing stool in very little portion n yellow color.what will be the reason foe his crying??? Worried

Could be colic. If breastfed, the baby may poop after evrry feed also and may not poop for 3/4 days also. Not to worry. Color seems fine.
