May be the taste is still there in his mouth. It takes time to become normal. Boil 1glass water with 1 teaspoon salt. Allow it to completely cool. And dip soft cotton cloth in it... squeeze it and wipe baby's tongue gently. you just taste that liquid all by urself. you will come to know...y baby don't want to feed anything.

This is the bitterest thing on this world I feel. Just if you keep bottle open or just smell it...you can feel the bitterness. Even if you wipe, the bitterness won't go. Wash hands properly. Please let baby grow on its own. Keep fingers in mouth is common. Each n every baby will do.
