My baby used to eat a healthy meal, till last month I should say, like chawal Dal, curd, roti doodh, etc
Now she says no to chawal daal and milk, she craves more for biscuits, sweets, juice , homemade ice cream. Pls suggest something, how do I get her back to healthy diet.

That's not good for baby everyday . ask him not to share.. as it will effect baby's teeth also.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. Actually her father calls her and shares sweets, biscuits,. Ice-cream, etc He himself likes to eat these .

please check these articles.. dont give biscuits , waffers, chocolates, sweets etc. baby will ask whenever she feels hungry.. if she cries for unhealthy food, let her.. but dont fullfill all demands.. take home made food with her and explain that healthy foods are good for our health. offer colourful varieties in different shapes of plates.
