along with burping you will also have to give the medicine to your baby... take him outside for a change in the environment.. colic is a very common problem as the digestive system in newborns is still developing..if the problem persists consult your paediatrician as he may prescribe medicine with dicyclomine hydrochloride and dimethicone...as my paediatrician did n now my daughter is fine

I do burp my baby regularly

Problem is gas . BURPING is needed after every feed . make it a rule after feed keep ur baby on ur shoulder in such way stomach is pressed against ur shoulder . compulsory rule . It really helped me even if baby sleep keep on shoulder let sleep gets disturb but burp is needed.  baby will sleep on ur shoulder but donot let baby sleep without burp. It's 100% result. Without burp baby will not get satisfied and will cry due to gas . Imagine u eat and immediately ur in sleeping postion all food comes back to ur throat  medically called acid reflex . So make it rule 15 min shoulder time .and if experience tummy time when baby awake so tht nose is not pressed

you should continue with the medicine...it will give relief to the baby n colic is a common problem with the babies. my daughter was also having the same problem and she was continuing the medicine with same composition as yours n she is fine.. the paediatrician told me to give the medicine regularly n there is no problem with it... but still its better to ask your doctor the time span of giving it
