I will not say dark complexioned is not cute...as my son born dark looks very pretty , lovely and attractive to me...But you can improve their skin texture by applying the mixture of green gram and besan flour...instead of soap

There is no application which can change the color of the skin. Dark complexioned people are also very attractive and what is most important is that your baby is healthy and happy. Every baby is born perfect and we should not try to change perfection.
