question
My baby will complete 6 months next week. He is currently exclusively breast fed. Can I start solid food for him? What are the best first foods that should be given? What quantity and how many times? Should I also give water? How much and how many times? Thanks

Yes you can start solids. It is best to discuss a weaning plan with a counselor or your doctor and not follow random advice. Start with one meal a day for the first few weeks which could be either fruit or veggies. Yes a little water as well once you start solids is suggested.
