question
My baby's birth weight was 3.2 kg. She is one year old now. However her birth weight is 7.25 kg. Baby is active. Taking solids also. Even achieving the mile stones. Diet of the day is as follows. Fruits in a small bowl, rice with veggies in a small bowl twice, an egg on alternative days, curd 1 cup, and some snacks, alternative days ragi porridge too. Ghee is added in rice on all days. I am still breastfeeding the baby.

Hi I understand that you are concerned about the weight part, but as you said your baby is active and achieving milestones, So please don't worry. Weight is genetic factor, include good fats like Ghee, coconut oil, unsalted butter, Avocado, banana, eggs, paneer, potatoes, sweet potato, ragi in her diet regularly. Your food chart seems fine to me. 3 meals and 2 snacks is good.
