it could be a diaper rash. (which can be caused due to any type of diaper)<br>
after drying the area,apply a good quality diaper rash cream.<br>
make sure u clean baby soon after he poops. give diaper free time also in the day.<br>
if its more than redness n doesn't start to subside in a day show it to ur doc.
