You could also try the post pregnancy belt, it helps not to bloat Post delivery.

You can start with a slow pace walk with healthy meals..take loads of leafy and green veggies with a cup of rice. Drink  min 3 liters of water. If you have already done with yoga, try doing very simple poses.
