My boy is 2.7 years old and he is not using sentence to express his needs, Only using words and sometimes two word sentence like "mumma gone". He is a preemie. Sometimes he just talks nonstop in his own language. Should i consult a doctor or let things happen in its own time??

Every child has his/her own pace of development. Try talking to him quite often.. Gradually he'll learn to express clearly.

This is very normal . Each child takes his own time in developing various skills and speech is one of them . Don’t stress over it . Show him lot of picture book , touch and feel books . Read to him as much as you can to build his vocabulary.

Language skill development varies from child to child... This is normal... Keep talking and play rhymes in the background...
