My boy is 63days old, but for some days he puts his hand on his mouth ,even after feeding..also..

But for 2days he doing this more..and drooling sometimes.

Han today he pooped watery greenish yellow.

He is on breast milk

So, is this normal?his weight (last checked on ,when he was 6week old, ) 5kg 190 gm.
