It's April Fools day !🤗 But I am serious....,when I say I am starting with my fitness regime today onwards ( coz we all wait for the 1st day of the month to start anything 😂😂😂)
💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️Have gained few extras during Navratras as I munched a lot on my favorite fattening food and its time to balance it out.
☝🏻Will be off oily, junk food and high carb diet for a month starting from today to get rid of these extra kgs.
🤦♀️So it's all fruits, green veggies, protein, low carb diet !
