hi.. if breasts r full.. new baby can't manage such force.. in such condition u may have hot bath.. so that milk can be coming out easily.. nd then u can feed ur baby by holding ur breast between two fingers.. so that new born baby can suck it properly..

Hi are you breastfeeding mom?  if yes then it happens when baby doesn't take proper feed....give a warm wash to your breast and while pouring warm water squeeze it and release milk it will be okay....feed your baby...it takes 15 to 20 minutes from one side. Take care
