Most importantly, know that nature has designed to produce milk. Your body produces as much milk as your baby needs. Stress affects milk production the most. So relax, play some music, speak to people who make you happy, get rest whenever you can, get support of your family members in household work...The more you get stressed, the more will your milk supply get affected.

Dr. Farah
please take 2 lactare tablets in morning and 2 at night for 3-4 days. avoid starting formula. if the baby wants to suck often let him. the sucking will increase the milk supply. don't get tensed. relax and believe in yourself. you will be able to provide your baby with milk. I have been through a similar situation. and exactly today I have succeeded with 6 months of exclusive breast feeding.
