Well what is IUGUR?

I have seen many moms saying the baby's weight is less in or after 7months

They keep asking what can be done?

Also the amniotic fluid seems less..

So here's sharing my story and experiences with you all, hope you benefit from it..
Intrauterine Growing Restriction(IUGUR) is when a baby in the womb fails to grow at the expected rate during pregnancy and at the end of pregnancy it can result in low birth weight of baby..
My amniotic fluid index(Afi) was also a little less comparatively of normal range..

I was shooked to know this..But My gynaec never stressed me out she told me very calmly not to worry not to take stress and that i will be put on some medications and healthy diet and I simply need to follow it for me n babys well being..

And without any hesitation i strted with it..

I was advised to eat lots of Eggs, Bananas,chicken and protein rich diet including the protein supplements and (Arginine sachets) to be consumed twice a day so that the amniotic fluid gets balanced up..
So to all the pregnant beauties dont stress over this, this can be treated with healthy diet and supplements..

Stress is not good for baby and mommy too..

A healthy mommy leads a healthy baby😘.
