my cervical length is 2.5 which is short ?? Wat should I do so that it doesn't reduce still ???

There really is nothing much that you can do to influence it one way or the other. Just take it easy and ensure that you get checked regularly. Be alert for cramps in the lower abdomen which should be reported to the doctor asap.
